Private Instruction Session – Tailored by Age & Parental Preferences This interactive and age-appropriate class introduces children and teens to essential firearm safety, situational awareness, and self-defense strategies in a fun and engaging way. Designed with parental input in mind, each session is customized to meet your child’s developmental level and comfort zone. What We Cover: 🔒 Firearm Safety & Awareness: Build a strong foundation of respect and understanding around firearms 🧠 Situational Awareness: Teach kids how to recognize unsafe environments and make smart decisions 🥋 Active Self-Defense Strategies: Age-appropriate techniques for verbal and physical response to threats Program Highlights: 🦅 For Younger Children: We offer the Eddie Eagle GunSafe® Program, a nationally recognized gun accident prevention initiative. Through animated videos, coloring activities, and Eddie’s Wing Team, kids learn what to do if they ever come across a firearm—Stop! Don’t Touch! Run Away! Tell a Grown-Up! 🎯 For Older Youths: Hands-on training in our virtual range helps teens recognize physical and verbal threat cues, practice safe responses, and build confidence in their decision-making. This class is a powerful way to educate and empower your child while giving parents peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Once booked, you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please call our office to reschedule or cancel if it is within 24 hours of appointment. No refunds are available once booked however any payments made can be used towards any service available for purchase. Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. By completing this form, I am voluntarily participating in a class to obtain a Florida Concealed Weapons permit/license (the "Class"). I understand that the class contains a classroom instruction component, as well as a requirement to demonstrate physically my ability to load, discharge and unload a firearm (the “Firearm Component”). I understand that the loading, discharging, and unloading of a firearm, whether by me, by other participants in the Class or by instructors of the Class, involves the possibility of harm, including serious personal injury to me. I hereby assume all risk of loss associated in any way with my participation in the Class, including the Firearm Component and I irrevocably release, waive, and hold harmless from any liability associated with, ay claims that I have now or hereafter may have against any of the following: Darkhorse Firearmz, any and all related entities, any and all of the respective shareholders, officers, members, managing members, owners, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, , class instructors, exhibitors, attorneys and any other entity or person related to o affiliated with any of the foregoing, relating in any way to the Class and my participation in the Class, including the Firearm component. Any dispute arising out of the Class, including the Firearm Component, or this release shall be governed by Florida Law and must be brought in Florida with the prevailing party entitled to recover all attorney’s fees and expenses, whether or not taxable, from the non-prevailing party. I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I understand I have the opportunity to obtain advice of counsel and am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my participation in the Class, including the Firearm Component at my own risk.
